Spring skiing and free, live music is coming to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort this weekend with Jackson Hole Rendezvous Festival. This year’s lineup is sure to please with big name performers and great venue locations.
The Jackson Hole Rendezvous Festival kicks off March 19th with a performance by Screen Door Porch under the tram at 4pm. This Jackson based band plays grooving, electrified porch music. A local’s favorite that will surely start the festival off right!
Friday night’s show will deliver a new surprise to concert-goers! For the first time the concert will be held on the historic Town Square of downtown Jackson Hole, just a short walk from your lodging at Inn on the Creek. The iconic antler arches and wooden boardwalks will create a perfect setting for this western evening. Jason Spooner will thrill concert goers with his songwriting and mix of blues and rock starting at 5pm. Next on stage is Robert Earl Keen at 7pm and be ready to rock!
Jackson Hole Rendezvous Festival takes it up a notch on Saturday with music starting at 3pm under the tram with Jackson-based band Sneaky Pete and the Secret Weapons. This six-piece band brings the funk and will get the party started with their original grooves.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is thrilled to welcome back Michael Franti for his second year in a row headlining the festival. Franti and Spearhead will take the main stage starting at 7pm with gates opening at 5pm. After Franti’s impromptu performance in the tram last year for a handful of lucky fans, we are intrigued to see what he has in store for us this year. Mix Master Mike will wrap up the night mixing everyone’s favorite hits on the main stage.
The weekend wraps up with Lukas Nelson and P.O.T.R. under the tram on Sunday March 22nd at 3pm. Their all-American Rock n’ Roll sound will be great to boogie to and round out a wonderful festival.
With rooms starting at just $139 per night, Inn on the Creek is the place to stay for this funky, fun weekend. Give us a call 800-669-9534 or visit our website to book your room for Jackson Hole Rendezvous Festival.
