Jackson Hole B&B Policies

Please note the following policies for your comfort and convenience:

• Inn on the Creek is a non-smoking facility.
• Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full homemade breakfast. There is a $25 charge per extra person.
• We are pet friendly and accept well-mannered pets in select rooms (not all rooms are pet friendly). Please notify us in advance, and avoid leaving pets in rooms while you are away to prevent disturbances.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to secure your luggage until your room is ready.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Later checkouts can be accommodated when availability allows.
• Deposits: 100% for one-night stays and 50% for stays of two or more nights. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations: Please call at least 30 days before your arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, though if we are able to rebook your room, a full or partial refund will be issued.
• We are happy to recommend our favorite activities to you and request that you reserve these activities individually as deposit policies vary by vendor. When making reservations, mention Inn on the Creek as your referral for the best possible rates.
• Group policies are determined individually.
