Here in Jackson Hole we have a number of wonderful dining spots to choose from. There are a few in particular on our list of Jackson Hole Dining Recommendations that are only open in the summers. These eateries offer something special, whether it’s epic views of our beautiful scenery, or “mountains” of nachos.

Dining options in the National Parks can be few and far between. If you are looking for a spot for lunch or dinner in Grand Teton, Signal Mountain Lodge is a great option. They are located right on Jackson Lake. The restaurant offers a fantastic view of the Tetons across the lake. There are two restaurants inside, Peaks, and The Trapper Grill. Peaks offers a bistro style dinner menu. The Trapper Grill offers an American lunch and dinner menu. A favorite menu item here is the Signal Mountain of Nachos, which will satiate even the largest of hiker appetites.
Leeks Marina is a great option for dinner and/or ice cream as you enter Grand Teton National Park after a day of touring Yellowstone, to the north. Leeks is closer to the northern end of Grand Teton, right on Jackson Lake. They are open May 26th – September 10th. Take in the scenery while you enjoy a delicious pizza, an ice cream cone, or both! Leeks is somewhat tucked away and is often overlooked, but it is a real treat after a long day.
