We love blueberry season at Inn on the Creek. One of our go-to Jackson Hole Bed and Breakfast Recipes is for Blueberry Muffins. We like to modify this recipe from Food.com to make a bread, from time to time.
The Sweetest Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, at room temp 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour
2 large eggs 1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 teaspoons baking powder

If you happen to be making this recipe later in the summer and have huckleberries available, we would encourage you to cut the blueberries with huckleberries. You can also completely substitute the huckleberries for blueberries, if you are so lucky as to have that many.
