The other day Casey and I had a chance to drive to Yellowstone via the Idaho route. This is a beautiful alternative to the south entrance route. We chose route 20 which has many interesting stops along the way. We were in a bit of a rush so we only stopped at Upper Mesa Falls to stretched our legs. Very Impressive! It was such a beautiful day.
I highly recommend this drive to anyone who is driving to or from Yellowstone if you have already experienced the south entrance. When we got back to the car, our two furry friends were happy to see us!
