Jackson Hole Bed and Breakfast Recipe Book- Easter Brunch

The Inn on the Creek, your Jackson Hole Bed and Breakfast, is in spring bloom as Easter is just around the corner! If you have a family as large as mine coming over for the biggest Easter Egg Hunt ever then you will love these overnight recipes that will serve up to 15 people (depending on how big cousin Rocky may be this year!).

Stratas are a wonderful way to feed all of your family and friends! And the best part is that you can add whatever is in your fridge (they will never know). I like to use English muffins as the base then add whatever you fancy. The combo of Jimmy Dean’s sage sausage, spinach, roasted red pepper, garlic and onion topped with pepper jack and cheddar cheese is an absolute crowd pleaser.  Check out some of our favorite strata recipes at  AllRecipes .

Quiches are easy to prepare and can satisfy the varying palettes of your guests by making a vegetarian and a meat-lover’s option. One of my favorite combos is prosciutto, spinach and brie. If you are in a hurry with no time to spare, the frozen pie crusts are just as flavorful as homemade (okay not like my grandma’s). Go to Taste of Home for some amazing quiche ideas.

Recently discovered favorite is the Italian Torte! My family wishes they were out West now! This combination of hard salamis, ham, provolone and parmesan are all flavors that I could live off of for a year. Use refrigerated crescent rolls as a time-savings crust then layer the flavors. In between the meats and cheeses, I did add some veggies; sweet roasted red pepper, sautéed spinach and mushrooms. I decided to partially bake this dish the previous night. There are a variety of Italian Torte recipes at  Taste of Home.

Of course, you must have something sweet to accompany all this savory goodness. I might suggest an Almond, Cranberry & Coconut Bread, it speaks for itself! With a nice crunchy top and light and sweet center your guests will never leave. You can find this recipe at Taste of Home.
