Amy’s French Toast Bake is a crowd-pleaser, so simple and versatile! Add seasonal ingredients to the base recipe and have a fresh dish with every season. Fresh berries make a wonderful summer addition or roasted pears add sweetness in winter. No ingredient is more notorious for fall then pumpkins! Ingredients-
8 large eggs
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 croissants
Topping Ingredients-
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup butter, cut into cubes
¼ cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
